  • Update the city’s fire code
  • Formally delegate the issuance of special sound permits to the metropolis supervisor or a consultant
  • Annex about 2 acres just east of Thurston Elementary University to aid progress of a subdivision
  • Authorize the metropolis to reapply for a new Company Zone, a method that allows the metropolis to supply short-time period tax exemptions on new residence investments as an incentive for development
