Julie Hail Flory, interim vice chancellor for general public affairs at Washington College in St. Louis, has been appointed vice chancellor for advertising and communications, efficient April 1, in accordance to Chancellor Andrew D. Martin. Flory succeeds Jill D. Friedman, who still left the posture in December 2019.
