Flory appointed vice chancellor for marketing and communications | The Resource

Julie Hail Flory, interim vice chancellor for general public affairs at Washington College in St. Louis, has been appointed vice chancellor for advertising and communications, efficient April 1, in accordance to Chancellor Andrew D.
