New Emory Lakes PID on Waxahachie Town Council agenda Monday evening

A public hearing and motion on a resolution building the Emory Lakes General public Enhancement District will be right before the Waxahachie Town Council during its regular meeting set for Monday night.

The new general public advancement district, or PID, will deal with a important undertaking prepared for the west side of Interstate 35E consisting of about 3,000 acres and about 10,000 total a lot.

In the last Town Council conference on March 14, councilmembers acknowledged a petition to create the new PID and set the community hearing for Monday.
